Delhi Weather: Heavy Rain Causes Severe Waterlogging, Traffic at a Standstill
A few hours of Delhi heavy rain have caused significant waterlogging in many parts of the capital. The downpour overwhelmed the drainage systems, accumulating water on the streets. As a result, vehicle movement across the city has slowed down considerably, with many cars and two-wheelers stuck in the waterlogged roads, making traffic even worse. The streets are now heavily congested, with long lines of vehicles unable to move.
The inadequate drainage system further complicates the situation, leaving commuters facing severe delays and disruptions in their travel. Authorities are working to manage the waterlogging and restore normal traffic flow. Meanwhile, residents are advised to avoid the affected areas and be cautious while traveling.
